What Are the 4 Weeks For Every Body Workouts Like?


There are 4 workouts a week for 4 weeks, 30 minutes each, including a warm-up and cooldown.

Using dumbbells and a Core Ball, 4 Weeks For Every Body will get your heart pumping as you target your entire body, focusing on eccentric (lengthening) exercises that leverage the benefits of time under tension to help maximize results.
